We are here to support you with any genuine issues related to your accommodation. However, to make sure our communication is respectful, efficient, and fair to all, please read the following before submitting a request .
Broken items or damage (e.g., broken fridge, leaking sink, non-functioning heater)
Missing essential items (e.g., no bed, no fridge, no stove upon arrival)
Urgent safety or hygiene issues (e.g., mold, pest infestation, electrical hazards)
Issues affecting your ability to live in the apartment properly
If something is broken and it’s not your fault (i.e., it broke due to normal use), we will contact the building owner and handle the process. You are not financially responsible in this case.
Items that are not essential and not included, like:
Fancy kitchen gadgets, extras like toasters, blenders, yoga mats and gym equipment etc.
Specific decoration preferences (e.g., curtains, rugs, wall art)
Things already explained to you in the welcome board in your apartment or onboarding email
Personal preferences like wanting to move to another room/apartment without a serious reason
Issues unrelated to your accommodation (e.g., how to open a bank account, get CPR, or find a job)
Please remember: Each apartment is provided with basic, essential equipment only. If you need additional small items for your personal comfort, you’re expected to purchase them yourself.

Is the item broken or missing, and not caused by misuse?
If the answer is yes, we’re happy to help.
If the answer is no, we kindly ask you not to submit the form, as we may not be able to respond.
